Who is
Ashley Black?

Ashley grew up with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, but defied the odds and became a competitive gymnast. When she was 28, she was stricken with a deadly bone disease, lost most of her pelvic bones, became septic, and stroked out, experiencing an NDE. After being told to “come back” and that she had a purpose to fulfill, Ashley has dedicated her life to understanding how to achieve health and overcome the system. She is a global expert in the system of the body called fascia —the energetic quantum web that exists within all of us. Her obsession with helping others look and feel amazing has led to the invention and commercialization of her “Miracle Fascia Tools,” a 10-figure empire, 10 million social followers, and scientific acclaim. Ashley lives in the heart of the Blue Zone in Costa Rica and is immersed in the science of longevity, with health spans extending well into the 120s.
